Howard CAMPBELL, first officer of steamer "Lake Champlain" arrived in Town of (St. Andrews) to visit his father, the Postmaster. He left again by steamer on Monday to join his ship at Portland. Charles CAMPBELL, Esq. of Bank of New Brunswick, Saint John was in town Saturday to meet his brother Howard.
