On Saturday, J. Sebert FROST severed his connection with the firm P.& W.F. Starr, coal dealers, after serving a clerkship over six years. In the afternoon he was waited upon by a delegation of the teamsters and other employees of the firm and was presented with an address. Mr. Frost will likely make his future home in Montana.
