d. Pembroke on the Ottawa, 21st May, age 59, James JARDINE, esq., native of Dumfriesshire, Scotland which, with his family, he left about 30 years ago. He resided for a number of years at Miramichi (North. Co.) where he lost his all in the fire of 1825 which devestated that settlement.
