The residence of Joseph M. STARRATT and family at Fresno, California was the scene of a regular house-warming as soon as they got nicely settled in their new home. The social event was held Friday eve. March 29 and there was present a large number of Albert County people, namely: Mrs. A.L. REID, Gardiner, Oregon; Mrs. William HODGKINS, Miss Jane STARRATT and Miss Lilly McFARLANE, San Francisco, California; Charles CUTTEN and family, Mrs. Ethelinda STARRATT, Miss Gussie CUTTEN, Daniel LYNDS, James CUTTEN, Freeman RICHARDSON, Cuthbert CUTTEN, Samuel CUTTEN, Robert C. BACON, Spurgeon STARRATT, William McALMON, Frank KINNEY and Frank HOWARD of Fresno; also A.L. REID of Gardiner and W.L. HODGKINS of San Francisco. (see original)
