A party of eight young men belonging to Portland (St. John) left for Winnipeg, Manitoba by train last night. The emigrants, nearly all mechanists or engineers, are Capt. Frank PAUL, formerly of tug "Neptune"; Beverley EVANS, engineer of "Hercules"; Frank ARMSTRONG, Arthur DUNHAM, William PATERSON, David ROBERTS, James NASE and FERGUSON.
