On Wednesday near Bath (Carleton Co.) Chip BUTLER, son of the above named deceased, Charles BUTLER, received serious injuries. He was on the train which was running about 20 miles per hour and got brooding over the melancholy death of his father, when feeling faint he sepped out on the rear platform of the car for air. Being dizzy he fell from the platform, dislocating his shoulder and cutting his head. His shoulder was reset at Bath and he then was brought to Woodstock and attended to by Dr. Colter.
