St. Martins (St. John) Oct. 4 - Frank L. MOSHER has been assistant post master for eight years, first when his brother was postmaster and since, when the office was transferred to his mother. He obtained a situation with the Pullman Parlor Car Co. and leaves on Monday next for Council Bluffs, Iowa. His run will be from Omaha to Portland, Oregon. (see original)
