Obituary of Dr. Thomas A. GREGORY who passed away yesterday morn. He was the eldest s/o late John GREGORY, Esq., Chief Clerk in Provincial Secretary's Office and Asst. Clerk of the Legislative Council. He was educated at the Old Grammar School, subsequently attending University where he took the Degree of A.B. and was Douglas Gold Medalist in his graduating year. He then attended medical lectures in New York where he took a degree of M.D. and subsequently spent a year at the University of Edinburgh, taking his degree there in 1856. After this he spent some time in the hospitals in Germany before entering his practice here. In 1862 he married Lucy SMITH eldest d/o J. Woodford SMITH, Deputy Provincial Secretary by whom he had three sons and a daughter. Dr. Gregory was in his 47th year. Funeral tomorrow 3 o'clock from his residence King St., Fredericton.
