A Norton (Kings Co.) correspondent writes under date of Thursday - The body of Chas. DAY and also that of his step-daughter are expected by train tonight from Boston and the funeral will take place from this station to the old river meeting house tomorrow. Mr. Day formerly lived in this vicinity and married the widow of the late Oliver SPROUL of Apohaqui. He worked on the railway between St. John and Moncton and also in Moncton from which place he went to Boston to work on the railway there. His step-daughter, May SPROUL married a son of Douglas KING of Sussex and was living in Boston. She died of cancer. Mr. Day died of inflammation of the bowels.
