A boy named John FLANAGAN, 15 years of age, applied for protection at the police station last eve. He stated that he had been born in Ireland, but his parents had come out to Quebec when he was very young; that both his father and mother had died and he had one sister who was out at service. He left Quebec about five weeks ago, and first went to Montreal where he remianed about a week. He then made his way to this place, stealing rides on the train, waliking however from Riviere du Loup to Campbellton and stopped at different places along the line. He reached this place early yesterday morn.
