Charles AVERY, aged about 23, has for some time been in the woods with Mr. FAIRLEY, lumbering, and enjoying the very best health and spirits; but on Wednesday morn., he was very gloomy and dull, having had a dream the night previous that seemed to impress his mind with some fatality awaiting him. Some time in the forenoon of Wednesday, he went to get a pail of water when a tree fell and crushed his brains. His death was instantaneous. His untimely death is felt in Boiestown (North. Co.) and his father, mother, brothers and sisters are inconsolable. His remains will be interred at Boiestown today.
