The pleasure boat Otrasca in which was a party of seven young men was capsized in Portland Harbor 8th inst. and six were drowned. All but two leave wives and families. - John W. FORD, Charles L. HYDE and his brother Rufus W. HYDE, Charles BUZZEL, Stephen MORSE and Charles H. ALLEN. Mr. E. GOODHUE escaped.
