On Monday, about noon, a young man named FINNIGAN was struck by a ball discharged from a pistol in the possession of William DOBSON. FINNIGAN received the shot in his mouth, the ball knocking out some of his teeth and lodging in the upper jaw from which it was extracted by Dr. TRAVERS. FINNIGAN's escape from death is most Providential. (see original)
