Fredericton, Dec. 4 - John LIPSETT fell dead while hitching his team in the Barker House livery stables abou 11 o'clock this morn. He was about 68 years old and had formerly been a resident of Lincoln (Sunbury Co.), but two years ago sold his farm there and since then has resided with his sister, Hannah LIPSETT in this city. Heart failure is the supposed cause of death.
