George CHRISTIE, age 97 years, walked in from Old Ridge (Charlotte Co.) the other day, a distance of three miles and is quite as active as any ordinary man of 70. Mr. Christie has set out 400 cabbage plants this spring and has done quite a bit of other gardening work. His brother, Robert CHRISTIE, returned on Friday from Danforth, Me. where he has been for three weeks visiting nephews, nieces and sister, having nearly 50 relatives about Danforth. Robert is as smart as a cricket at the ripe age of 93 years.
