One of the 'Advocate' staff, while in Mr. Maltyby's undertaker shop on Friday saw a casket bearing the inscription: Philip KELLY, aged 99 years - The deceased, who had died the previous eve. at his home in Derby (North. Co.) was known throughout the country. He came to this country in 1824 and was for a long time in the employ of late Ambrose STREET when the latter owned the property at the upper part of town known as Willow Brook Farm.
