Susan NASON relict of Samuel NASON died Feb. 13 at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. James SAUNDERS. She had reached the age of 79, but had been in failing health for a number of years. Mrs. Nason was formerly a residence of Tryon Settlement, but since the death of her husband seven years ago, had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Saunders of this place. She leaves two sons and two daughters: Mrs. James SAUNDERS, Mrs. Fred STINSON, Samuel NASON and John NASON. She was a member of the Baptist Church. The funeral takes place Friday 15th. A sermon was preached by Rev. L.W. Clark after which the remains were carried to their last resting place at Rolling Dam (Charlotte Co.)
