A well known New Brunswicker, Charles H. LUGRIN, will be recalled to his friends by the story entitles 'Snowed Under' which he contributes to this week's 'Youth Campanion'. Mr. Lugrin who was secretary for agriculture from 1885 to 1891, is now editor-in-chief of the Seattle, Wa. 'Daily Times'.
