The marriage took place at the residence of Samuel KERR, last night, of his daughter, Miss Eva KERR to S.W. MILLIGAN, St. John. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Geo. Bruce, pastor of St. David's Church. T.E.G. ARMSTRONG acted as best man and the bride was supported by two maids of honor, Miss Ethel MILLIGAN and Miss Effie McLEAN of Eastport, Me.
