d. Upper Brighton (Carleton Co.) 12th inst., of consumption, Eugene A. DAY, age 31 years 6 mos. 17 days. This brother professed faith in Christ about one year ago under the labors of Rev. David Brooks, was baptized and was taken into the Free Baptist church of Upper Brighton. He leaves a widow, one child, father and mother, four sisters and two brothers. The funeral was held at the Free Baptist Meeting house, Upper Brighton and was conducted by Rev. J.N. Barnes, assisted by Rev. G.W. Bennison and Isaac Lewis (Lic.), Free Baptist.
