On Wednesday, C.R. HATHEWAY, Esq., J.C.P. and senior Justice of Charlotte Co. died at his home in St. Andrews at age 80 years. On the following morn., his wife Julia A. HATHEWAY, aged 77, also breathed her last. The venerable couple who had lived together for 55 years were dying together at almost the same moment under the same roof. They were buried side by side in the same grave, the coffins bearing a wreath of flowers, one half resting on each as if to indicate a union even in death. The funeral took place Saturday, the remains being first conveyed to the Episcopal Church and thence to the Rural Cemetery. The late Mr. HATHEWAY was uncle to Dr. J.C. HATHEWAY, Thos. HATHEWAY and W.H. HATHEWAY of (St. John) city, of Capt. Charles HATHEWAY of Portland and Hon. Geo. L. HATHEWAY of Nashwaak.
