Fatal Accident! Saturday last, party composed of Messrs. Carpenter, Welch, Anderson & some of their families started from Fredericton to spend the day in pleasuring in the country. Upon their return, they impudently commenced racing to get first to the ferry; in turning a corner to get to it, the wheels of the two wagons came in contact which caused one of them to capsize, injuring several of the party most severely and occasioned the death of Mr John McLAUGHLAN, a clerk in the Hon. Shore's office, formerly a teacher in Fredericton.
