The will of the late William John TRAVIS was read after the funeral which took place at Bloomfield (Kings Co.) Saturday. He leaves his brother, David TRAVIS, the bulk of his property, as long as he lives, and then it goes to Capt. William GEROW's son, formerly of this city, but now of Virginia. To Henry GALLAGHER, Dr. Wm CHRISTIE, jr., Dr. Daniel BERRYMAN, E. LeRoi WILLIS, E.L. JEWETT, George BLAKE, Walter JEWETT, Daniel McCORMICK, D.C. CLINCH and Fred WATSON he left a farm of 150 acres on the Mahogany Road about five miles from the city. It contains a valuable mine of asbestos. To Arthur HAMM, Wellington GOLDING, the widow of Samuel HUTTON and to the surviving members of the rowing crew of the "Thetis", he left $25 each, besides other small amounts to different friends.
