We announce the death with regret of George A. STERLING, M.P.P. which occurred at his residence, Maugerville (Sunbury Co.) on Wednesday night of paralysis. He was a member of the Board of Agriculture at one time. Mr. Sterling was a brother of Sheriff STERLING of York Co. and second s/o late George H. STERLING. He was born in St. Mary's (York Co.) in 1836 and removed to Sunbury Co. in 1858, in which year he married a daughter of Charles TILLEY of St. Mary's. He was in the foremost rank of farmers in Sunbury Co. and member of Liberal party. Tomorrow 26th Oct. would be the 47th anniversary of the birthday of the deceased. A family of four sons and one daughter survive him.
