The funeral of Jeremiah BRENNAN of Carleton (St. John) took place from his aunt's residence, Harrison street, Portland yesterday morn. A requiem High Mass was celebrated in St. Peter's Church. The remains were interred in the Carleton graveyard. The pall bearers were James McLAUCHLAN, John McMANUS, James RUSSELL, Andrew O'BRIEN, Richard J. HALEY and Edward KANE.
