Annapolis, N.S., July 11 - The death of Silas BISHOP occurred here at an early hour Tuesday morn. after a lingering illness at the age of 69 years. Deceased was born at Horton, N.S. in 1826 and afterwards removed to Bear River where he, with his family, resided for a long period of years. About three years ago he removed with his family to Annapolis where he remained up to the time of his decease. Deceased was a strng Liberal in politics. A widow, one son and two daughters survive him.
