The funeral of James R. NICE took place this afternoon from his residence on Peters Street and was largely attended, notwithstanding the stormy weather. The services at house and grave were conducted by Rev. Thos. Marshall, assisted by Rev. Job Shenton. There was a wreath from the employees of Manchester, Robertson & Allison's establishment. The members of Court La Tour, I.O.F. attended in a body, preceding the hearse. The pall bearers were W.M. FLEWELLING, J.F. STEVENSON, Geo. BOULTON, Walter WELSFORD, W.J. BAMBURY and James E. EARLE.
