Mrs. Phillips, whose maiden name was Mary Bears GRENVILLE was born about 1810 and married in the United States between 1815 and 1820 to Edward WINDSOR, a lieutenant in the 62nd Regt.. In 18.9, he husband having died in 1830, she married Benjamin PHILLIPS in London.
