Boston, Mass, Sept. 3 - The occupants of two of the comfortable cells in Station 12 last eve. were Wm LAKEMAN and Mrs. Margaret BELL, charged with adultery. Lakeman, a laborer, is a native of Lubec, Maine where he has a wife and five children. Mrs. Bell is the wife of Thomas BELL, resident of St. David Parish (Charlotte Co.) Her maiden name was MORANG and her parents are well to do residents of that place. Her brother is mayor of Humboldt City, California. Her other brother, who resides in British Columbia, is reported to be worth over a million. About 25 years ago she made the acquaintance of Thomas Bell. On June 18, 1864, they were married by Rev.
