In the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, yesterday morn., Dr. James P. McINERNEY and Florence Mary TRAVERS eldest d/o Dr. J. Boyle TRAVERS, were united in marriage. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss May TRAVERS and Miss Marion JACK with Miss Pansy TRAVERS as maid of honor. John TRAVERS, brother of the bride, and R.F. QUIGLEY officiated as groomsmen while Harry P. TRAVERS and D.R. JACK acted as ushers. The ceremony was performed by his Lordship Bishop SWEENEY, uncle of the bride, assisted by Rev. J.J. Walsh and Rev. J.J. O'Donavan. Dr. McInerney is a son of Hon. Owen McINERNEY of Richibucto (Kent Co.) He is a young man who, upon graduating from McGill College with high honors a few years ago, settled in the new North End, then the city of Portland (St. John).
