The death occurred in the Dorchester Penitentiary Wednesday night of William HIGGINS, a convict from this city. Higgins was sent there for three years on March 26th, 189 for splitting his mother's head open with a frying pan in her residence on Brussels street. His body will probably be brught here for interment.
