The funeral of Mr. BEVIER took place Thursday from his residence (the house of Mr. DEACON) at Shediac (West. Co.) The religious services were conducted in the Methodist Church by Rev. Deinstadt and his assistant. The pall bearers were: Hon. D. HANNINGTON, Edward SMITH, Adam TAIT and Wm WELDON, Esqrs. The deceased was buried beside the remains of his wife and son. He leaves three children, one of them being Mrs. Thomas A. TEMPLE; a son, Anson BEVIER and a young daughter. John REILLY the English workman who perished at the same time was buried Friday. The religious services were conducted by Rev. Dr. Jarvis, Rector. (see original)
