A correspondent at Blackville under date 19th inst. sends the following item: There died at the residence of Mrs. MURDOCK, Blackville (North. Co.) Sunday 14th inst., one James TEEDLIN, age 96, formerly gunner in the Royal Navy. He enlisted in 1800 and took part in several engagements, notably that of Trafalgar in which Admiral NELSON was killed. On the declaration of peace in 1815, he received his discharge and six years afterward in 1821, he came out to New Brunswick and settled on a farm on Cain's River. Blackville where he resided until a short time before his death. He never married.
