Maces Bay, Oct. 3 - The quiet of our neighborhood has been broken by the peal of wedding bells in celebration of the nuptials of Ella MAWHINNEY youngest d/o Wilson MAWHINNEY and Capt. Colin McKAY, Pennfield (Charlotte Co.) The event took place Tuesday eve. Oct. 1st at the home of the bride. The bride was attended by Miss Sadie McKAY. Capt. McKay was supported by Wm MAWHINNEY, brother of the bride. The ceremony was performed by Rev. H. Spike of Musquash. Mrs. McKay has been for some years past, organist in St. Thomas's church, Dipper Harbor. They have gone to Pennfield where they will make their home.
