George H. WARING, jr., engineer of Messrs. Miller & Woodman's mill at Milford, died Wednesday after a short illness. He was a nephew of Geo. Waring of Messrs. Waring, White & Co. He was 29 years of age. The funeral will take place Friday 2 o'clock.
