Amherst, N.S. - Edward McDONALD on Friday last expired after a few hours illness. Mr. McD., who was a blacksmith by trade, was at work work as usual in his shop, when his wife went in and found him lying on the floor. He was removed home and died a few hours later. The doctors say he died from apoplexy.
