James M. BARNES, one of the best operators in the Maritime Provinces, has resigned his position in the Western Union and today joins the C.P.R. telegraph staff. Manager Snider's staff of operators now includes M. MORRIS, Percy W. ROBINSON, John WISELY, William WHEELER, William RAINNIE, C. Cliff MAIN, George FITZPATRICK and James M. BARNES.
