James D. O'CONNELL of Boston, formerly of Havelock (Kings Co.) was in the city yesterday after a visit to his former home. In conversation with a reporter of the 'Telegraph' Mr. O'Connell stated that the report was absolutely false that one of his brothers had been hanged in Boston some months ago. The report was in reference to Daniel O'CONNELL who resides at Windsor St., Boston. Neither he, nor any of the other members of the family, who reside at Hope, Idaho, have ever been arrested or suspected of any crime.
