Henry PORTER of St. Stephen who sailed in schr. "Ethel" from that place Friday morn., was knocked off the deck of the vessel by the boom on the afternoon of the same day and drowned. The accident occurred off Welchpool, Campobello. The body was recovered and brought to St. Stephen. Deceased was a son of Mrs. James PORTER.
