d. Sunday, of consumption, Elizabeth w/o Samuel JONES, Portland (St. John) and d/o Nathaniel ADAMS, Greenwich (Kings Co.) age 50, left 3 sons, 3 daughters. She was baptized by Rev. Beckwith and united with Portland Baptist Church. Subsequently, when a Free Baptist Church was organized in St. John by Rev. S. Hartt in 1842, she united with it. Her reamins were conveyed Wednesday to Greenwich and interred Thursday near where she was born and married.
