Amherst, N.S. April 7 - The funeral of the late Edward BENT, farmer, of Amherst, and s/o late Vose BENT, took place from his residence. Rev. D.A. Steele, assisted by Rev. Jas. Strothard, conducted the services at the house. Among those present at the funeral was the deceased's brother, Silas BENT, one of the editors of the Summerside, P.E.I. Journal.
