Capt. Hugh Williams CHISHOLM, formerly agent in St. John for the International Steamship Co., died Sunday morn. at the Clifton House where he lodged. He was one of the oldest and most efficient commanders that ever sailed out of that port. The company accepted his resignation about two years ago and gave him a liberal retiring allowance. Capt. Chisholm was born in Beekman street, New York in the year 1820 and was consequently at the time of his death 70 years old.
