Richard E. FOSTER, postmaster at Grand Manan, died at the Montreal General Hospital, Montreal, P.Q. March 21st. The deceased, who was 72 years of age, went to the hospital a few weeks since for treatment. The remains were brought to St. Andrews by the Dominion express on the C.P.R. and were taken to Grand Manan on the 29th ult. on the steamer "Flushing".
