George WHELPLEY of Fredericton received a telegram last eve. from San Jose announcing the death at that place of his youngest brother, E.A. WHELPLEY. Deceased formerly belonged to Greenwich (Kings Co.) and left for the west some four years ago on account of his health. A letter received from there a day or two ago stated that Mr. Whelpley had an attack of heamorrhage and it is probably this which caused his death.
