Johnston (Queens Co.) July 16 - An important event occurred at the residence of Aaron JENKINS, Johnston, when his youngest child, Lily May JENKNS was married to Edward PARENT, Upper Queensbury (York Co.) The nuptials were performed by her younger brother, Rev. E.C. JENKINS, assisted by an elder brother, Rev. W.H. JENKINS and Rev. Wetmore of Wickham. Among the guests were A.F. ARMSTRONG, M.D., Johnston; Mrs. Geo. LITTLE, aunt of the bride, from Woodstock; T.W. PERLEY, Sheriff of Queens Co. and wife, from Gagetown; and the four brothers of the bride, viz. Rev. W.H. Jenkins from Nova Scotia, Rev. E.C. Jenkins from York Co., Frederic JENKINS, captain of St. John police force and S.J. JENKINS, student of medicine at Bowdin College, Maine.
