Calais, Me. - Elizabeth JACKSON relict of John JACKSON, after a long and painful illness, died at her home on Germain St. Friday last. Of a large family but two are left, Miss Lizzie JACKSON and Edgar JACKSON. Immediately after the death of her father, Miss Lizzie assumed the editorship of the 'Advertiser'. Mrs. Jackson was 77 years of age. The funeral took place Monday afternoon.
