The funeral of Francis FERGUSON, Esq. took place yesterday afternoon. The shipping in the port, as well as the principal buildings bore tribute of flags at half mast. The directors of the Bank of New Brunswick preceded the hearse, followed by attending physiciansm Drs. Bayard and McLaren. Rev. McCrea conducted the funeral services. The pall bearers were Wm GIRVAN, Bradford S. GILBERT, Beverly ROBINSON, Thos. M. DEBLOIS, P. BESNARD and James McMILLAN
