Elgin (Albert Co.) Nov. 12 - A sad accident happened here 8th inst. by which W.E. DYSART met his death. Mr. Dysart was working at the mill of Bleakney & Mann piling lath bolts on a platform which had been built over the sluice way at the rear of the mill, when one of the stringers broke and he was precipitated into the stream below. The other men were employed upon the pond sorting logs at the time and no one was aware of the accident. The first to discover him was Alexander BANNISTER. When found he was completely covered with the lath wood and it is probable that the life was crushed out of him by the great weight. The deceased was a brother of George DYSART of Sussex, Mrs. Edward MILLIGAN and Mrs. Henry GIFFORD, Moncton. A widow, two sons and four daughters are left to mourn. The funeral ceremony was conducted by Rev. H.H. Saunders in the Hillside Baptist Church.
