The body of David EMERSON of New York was brought to this city this afternoon. The funeral took place from the I.C.R. DEPOT. The remains were conveyed to the Rural (Fernhill) Cemetery and there interred. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. deSoyres. The mourners were R.B. EMERSON and Charles EMERSON of this city, brothers of the deceased.
