The late Timothy McCARTY of Fredericton left an estate of $75,000. P.A. LANDRY, M.P., son-in-law of the deceased is sole executor, the whole estate being devised to him in trust to pay an annuity of $600 for life to the widow, or while she remains unmarried, and a like annuity to his son John McCARTY and his daughter Mary McCARTY, respectively. He bequeaths the sum of $2000 among societies connected with the Roman Catholic church and provides the rest of his estate shall go to his daughter, Mrs. LANDRY and her children.
